Rates for 2025-2026. Rates are subject to change. Listed costs per year are based on 2 semesters with a minimum of 12 credits each. A $125 is billed separately each fall and spring term. Housing expenses are based on residence hall double occupancy and the Go Anytime dining plan. Visit for rates by program.

Scholarships

Hard work pays off. Literally. In 2023-24, the WVU System disbursed over $167ÌýmillionÌýin scholarships. Our scholarships are usually given in addition to the , which many ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ Virginia students also qualify for. And the best part about scholarships? You never have to pay them back.

Grants

Federal and state grant programs can help pay your college costs. Grants are typically need-based and are not required to be paid back.

Loans

You and your parents can borrow up to the full amount of your estimated Cost of Attendance (or budget) each academic year. Unlike scholarships, all loans must be repaid, usually with interest.

Student Employment

Earn spending money and valuable experience for your resume. We'll help you find a job on campus or off campus.
